    Probably not, unless the contract contains conditions allowing for compensation.  Perhaps your only real option would be to end the contract, but if you want to proceed with the purchase this is not much of an option at all.  Have a talk to your lawyer and see if the circumstances of the sale or the contract allow you to claim ...
