  • Re: contract conditions

    It really is time to have your lawyer go in to bat for you.  You will probably have to consider cancelling the contract if the contract is not observed by the vendor, and you may not have much bargaining power if you don't want to consider cancelling.  In any case, this is where your lawyer's legal and negotiating skills are called for.
