Should I ever exchange contracts ...
1. if the cooling off period is taken out because its ''local practice'' (Section 66W of the Coneyancing Act NSW)?
2. if it is suggested (by the conveyancer) to not do the Identification Survey Report with the conveyancer as there is no time?
3. relying on a title search from 2007 and not an up to date ...
