    Can anyone help with a moment of time?  It would be so greatly appreciated.   Is there any way out for a ‘seller’ during the cooling off period?   If a purchaser has ‘buyers remorse’ during the cooling off period, isn’t it only fair if a seller feels they   Have signed the first initial contract under pressure or stress, ...
