    Hi Jamey, What gets my attention here is your statement, ''I was under the impression...''.  With a commercial lease (or any lease for that matter) you should not be simply forming impressions, but following the provisions of the lease.  Your solicitor should be able to tell you precisely what your rights and responsibilities are.  ...
