    If your purchase was made ''subject to the sale of'' your existing home, you should be able to end the contract.  Of course, this is provided that the ''subject to sale'' clause was properly drafted, and there is still enough time for you to do this.  It is not up to the estate agent to agree to the cancellation, as the purchaser ...
