After agreeing on a price on a property, the agent doesn't return my calls & denies having received my written offer (via email). He then ignored my calls & text messages which effectively prevented me from making a formal offer to the vendor. A day later I find out (through my broker) that the property has sold. I feel that the agent knowingly excluded me from any negotiations and had a different agenda. Do I have a basis for a formal complaint and is it even worth it?
